Slush Cup 2025 Details - Saturday, March 22

About the Event: This will be a casual event consisting of two 18-hole rounds of disc golf on a temporary course. Baskets and teepad locations will be set up the morning of the event. The course is searchable on UDisc under "Muskoseepi Temp Course". If you played last year's Slush Cup, the layout will be similar, but small changes may be made.

8:45-9:00 Player meeting, sorting

9:00 Round 1 Shotgun start

12:00 Round 2 Shotgun start

This is also where Tournament Central will be located.

Cost: Free for members of Grande Prairie Disc Golf Club. Memberships cost $40. Juniors (under 18) can play free as long as they have one paid club member in their family. To become a member, click the membership button.

Registration and Check-in: Everybody will need to check in at the picnic benches near the parking lot before heading to the course. We will have a list of paid members. At the end of the event, you will get your membership tag as a trophy.Player Meeting at 8:45: All players will meet at the registration tables at 8:45 for instructions on the course, sorting players into cards, and sorting cards onto holes for a shotgun start.

Sorting Cards: During your first round you can choose your cardmates or join people in random disc-flip sorting. Cards of 3-4 people will be sent to various holes for tee-off at 9:00am. For second round you will be placed on a card according to your score.Safety: We will be playing in a public park near trails and a river. While we designed the course to avoid throwing blindly at trails, there is always a risk when throwing discs around pedestrians. Always yield to anybody near your throwing area and wait for the area to clear before throwing. Some holes will play alongside the river. Use discretion if you need to retrieve a disc.
